Back-to-School Banana Bites

ingredients:

  • Bananas
  • Peanut butter
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Sticks
  • Cornflakes

directions:

  1. Cut bananas into ½-inch thick slices.
  2. Coat half of slices with a thin layer of peanut butter; top with remaining slices.
  3. Insert cake pop sticks in banana sandwiches.
  4. Coat with Greek yogurt and roll in crushed cornflakes.
  5. Freeze until solid.
