Turkey Heating Instructions
Oven:
- Heat your oven to 325 degrees
- Remove the turkey from the wrapper
- Do not stuff the turkey
- Place the turkey breast side up on a flat rack in a pan that is about 2 inches deep
- Do not add water
- Place turkey in the oven and heat for 2 hours
- After an hour of heating, you may want to place some lightweight aluminum foil loosely over the turkey to prevent browning
- To check the temperature, place thermometer in thigh- the temperature should be 140 degrees when the turkey is hot
- Serve immediately
Microwave:
- Remove the turkey from the wrapper
- Do not stuff the turkey
- Place turkey breast down, on microwave safe tray
- Microwave on high (full power) for 2 minutes per pound
- Turn turkey breast up-remove drippings from tray
- Microwave on medium (50% power) for 4-5 minutes per pound
- Rotate tray 3-4 times during heating if you do not have a tray that rotates
- To check the temperature, place thermometer in thigh- the temperature should be 140 degrees when the turkey is hot
- Cover turkey loosely with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes before carving
You can also use the turkey cold without heating it as an ingredient in other recipes.

Heating Instructions for Side Dishes

Mashed Potatoes:
Microwave (recommended for reheating):
Remove lid and cut film along 1 side to vent
Heat on high for 3-4 minutes
Carefully peel back film; stir; replace film
Heat an additional 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 minutes
Let stand 1-2 minutes
Two or more packages together will require longer heating
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove package contents and put into an ovenproof casserole dish
Heat covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes
Stove top:
Empty package into saucepan and heat on low heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
Broccoli Au Gratin
Microwave:
Remove lid and cut film along 1 side to vent
Heat on high for 1 minute
Carefully peel back film; stir; replace film
Heat an additional 1-2 minutes
Let stand 1-2 minutes
Two or more packages together will require longer heating
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove package contents and put into an ovenproof casserole dish
Heat covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
Dinner Rolls
Place rolls in tin foil and place in preheated 400 degree oven for 5-10 minutes till warm

Homestyle Stuffing
Microwave:
Remove lid and cut film along 1 side to vent
Heat on high for 4 minutes
Carefully peel back film; stir; replace film
Heat an additional 4 minutes
Let stand 2 minutes before serving
Two or more packages together will require longer heating.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove package contents and put into an ovenproof casserole dish
Cover loosely with foil
Heat covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes
Pan Style Turkey Gravy
Microwave (recommended for reheating):
Remove lid and cut film along 1 side to vent
Heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes
Carefully peel back film; stir; replace film
Heat an additional 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes
Let stand 1-2 minutes
Two or more packages together will require longer heating
Stove top:
Empty package into saucepan and heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
Apple Pie
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place pie on baking sheet and cover loosely with tin foil
Place in oven for about 10 minutes or until pie is heated through
The tin foil will prevent the edges of the crust from getting dark

Ham Dinner Heating Instructions |

Ham Heating Instructions
- Heat oven to 275 degrees
- Remove all packaging materials including the clear "button" on bone of ham
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Quarter and half hams should be cooked FLAT/FACE SIDE DOWN. Whole ham should be cooked FAT SIDE UP. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound until heated through. DO NOT OVERCOOK! If desired, glaze ham following instructions below.
- Remove ham from oven; let stand, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes before serving
Glazing The Ham:
- Remove ham from oven and increase temperature to 425 degrees F
- Brush or spoon prepared glaze over ham and between slices
- Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes
