DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
Giant operates a distribution center and an executive office complex at its 115-acre main headquarters facility in Landover, Md. The Landover Distribution Center handles meat, produce, deli, health and beauty aids/general merchandise and seafood. The Landover site also is home to a recycling facility, ice cube plant and dairy.

Giant also operates an 80-acre distribution center in Jessup, Md. This modern, semi-automated warehouse complex operates out of a 720,000-square-foot facility for the distribution of dry grocery products as well as soda bottling. In addition, a 134,000-square-foot frozen food distribution center and ice cream processing plant are located in Jessup.
